TOPIC Southern Africa

Every church with equipped and maturing pastoral leadership. This is the vision of TOPIC, a network of organisations that works together on initiatives to increase and improve training for pastoral leaders.

TOPIC (Trainers of Pastors International Coalition) is an international network; locally, TOPIC Southern Africa is facilitated by OC team member David Bulger, and is engaged in Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

TOPIC facilitates train-the-trainer events and research projects, and works with networks, denominations, pastors’ fraternals and other entities to promote pastoral training. More information is available on the TOPIC Southern Africa website, www.topicsa.net.
